| We are looking for your support in our community and specifically for Menchaca Elementary School’s 2010 school carnival, the "Menchaca Mustang Round-Up." Every year Menchaca Elementary has it's school fair to help raise funds for school events such as field trips, school supplies, teacher training and other support provided by the PTA. Your help is greatly needed and appreciated. SUPPORTERS (donations) For those individuals, businesses or families that would like to show their support by donating to the Menchaca Mustang Round-Up , you may make your donation online below or contact us via email or phone. All businesses or individuals that donate a minimum of $75 will have their name on the Banner of Gratitude posted in the school during the carnival showing their support the school and the PTA. But any amount is always appreciated. (donations must be received by March 17th to ensure listing on the banner) VENDOR TABLES We are looking for businesses to show their support and what they have to offer by having a vendor table at the carnival to display and offer their items and services for sale and provide more information to the public about what they do. Vendor Tables are only $45 each, but additional donations are most definitely accepted and encouraged. Each vendor will be provided their own table to display their items for sale and two chairs. ROUND-UP SPONSORS Vendors, individuals and businesses have the opportunity to become a Menchaca Sponsor, as well. With your donation of $150 or more, we will show our appreciation in several ways: 1) Your business logo and/or business tag line/slogan will be placed on our Sponsors Page. Your ad will also serve as a link to your site to help direct internet traffic to your business. 2) Your name will appear on our "Thank You to Our Supporters" banner posted in our student drop-off and pick-up drive way so that everyone can see that you support Menchaca Elementary and help get your name visiblity. 3) Your name will be set to scroll on the school's new marquee on the front lawn visible to all the traffic on Manchaca Road. 4) And of course, your name will appear on our Banner of Gratitude posted inside the school. I know every business, family and individual would like to donate to help support this great event, so please make your donations below and contact me directly to be sure and get your name printed correctly on the banner. Payment for Sponsorships (donations) and Vendor Tables may be made online below or by contact us directly. If you would like to donate another amount other than what is available below that is most certainly acceptable. Please contact us to make arrangements to make other sponsorship arrangements. We look forward to your support this year and showing the community that your support our schools, teachers and most of all, our students. |
